Refund Policy

Disclaimer

Iron Cross Records provides both in-person services and remote services. Because many of these services involve reserving studio time, allocating professional labor, and beginning project work shortly after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited once services have been scheduled or work has begun.

This Refund Policy is intended to clearly communicate the conditions under which refunds may be requested, granted, or denied in order to maintain fairness and transparency for both Iron Cross Records and its clients.

In-person Services

For in-person services such as recording sessions, studio use, or other services requiring a reserved time slot, clients may request a full refund if the service is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, Iron Cross Records reserves the right to withhold a cancellation fee of up to $100 from the total cost of the cancelled service. This fee helps offset the loss of reserved studio time and resources that were allocated for the session.

Refunds or adjustments related to cancellations will be evaluated based on the timing of the cancellation and the circumstances surrounding the request.

Remote Services

For remote services including mixing, mastering, and custom audio services submitted through this website, all transactions are considered final once work has begun.

These services involve the use of professional time, expertise, and resources that are committed to the project upon receipt of the order. As such, refunds are generally not available once work has started or the service has been completed.

However, if a customer believes there is a legitimate reason for requesting a refund — such as the service not being completed or the work not following the instructions provided at the time of submission — the customer may contact Iron Cross Records to request a review of the situation.

Refund requests without a legitimate claim after work has been completed will not be considered.

Refund requests should include relevant details about the service purchased and the reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Iron Cross Records reserves the right to determine whether a refund request meets the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy and to make the final decision regarding any refund issued.
