Cancellation Policy
In-studio cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; if you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 1 hour before your appointment time. These timeframes ensure we can manage our scheduling and accommodate all clients appropriately. A valid card on file is required for all online bookings that do not use other payment methods.
